customer service complex and Appalling : Prepac Furniture Locking Media Cabinet Multimedia Storage
The ability of the stock is not as I expected. It is the typical composite wood, with a wood like terminate laid on top. I was hoping for a more solid construction, and more ability material. The directions for facility are also lacking.. Don't put the side drawer top pieces on the very top notch, the lock wont fit behind it. Make sure you hammer the floor sliders on the bottom before you even start assembly.
The stock works as explained, just wasn't totally impressed overall.
